Update all tables

1. Choose the CSV files

Each file updates the table whose name matches it — service_offerings.csv updates Service Offerings. A file with no matching table creates one.

2. Choose what happens to existing data

Keep existing data Only the columns change. Every existing row stays as it is, and the rows inside the CSV files are ignored. Replace all data The columns change and every existing row is permanently deleted and re-imported from the CSV files. This cannot be undone.
